The US-Monster is hiring again. For their Florence-based (USA) customer care center, Monster is looking to recruit 750 new staff members over a period of five years. Remember August 2007? The almost newly-arrived CEO Sal Iannuzzi had announced 800 job cuts until 2008. If I’m not mistaken, most of the lay-offs were concerning customer care staff.

Are Monster planning to triple their client database or do they just want to deliver good service? Both options would be good given that the Monster Employment Index has been constantly dipping for a while.
