On my German blog version, a so-called Insider left a comment saying that Monster Germany was planning to lay off customer care staff in order to open up a new central in, Brno, Czech Republic.

I wonder if this is true…

However, part of Monster’s advert production has already been situated in CZ. We could tell by the number of clicks generated by Czech IP addresses before the vacancy actually went online.
