Who would have seen that one coming? The multiple job posting service provider Broadbean found themselves acquired by AND/ DMGT, the selfsame owner of the British job board Jobsite.co.uk and the Jobs Group.
The thing is that a competitor of Broadbean, Conkers is also part of the Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT) and UK industry [...]

While the credit crunch is ravaging the international stock markets, Monster draws out the wallet and finishes the 100 per cent acquisition of ChinaHR which they had started with a 40 per cent share in early 2005.
